Jessica Rimmer, PhD, is CEO of Solomon Strategic Advisors with over 15 years of executive experience in leadership development, strategic growth, and culture transformation. A former higher education leader, she holds a doctorate from the University of Oklahoma. Jessica is a sought-after speaker on leadership, cultural diversity, and personal success. A citizen of the Cherokee Nation, she is passionate about helping leaders create meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.

Sara Walker has two decades of experience as a leadership advisor, known for her work facilitating team performance, organizational culture design and guided implementation of leadership development programs. With a focus on team dynamics and growth strategy, she helps organizations build alignment, resilience and clarity during times of transition. Sara holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certificate.

Deanna Farmer is a results-driven executive advisor and board director with 30+ years of leadership experience across finance, HR, IT, and operations. A proven transformational leader, she brings sharp business insight and cross-functional expertise to drive performance, lead change, and deliver sustainable growth. Deanna partners with executives to align strategy, develop leadership, and build cultures that accelerate results—grounded in deep operational knowledge and a passion for people.

Debbie is a seasoned Oil & Gas professional, Executive Coach, Transition Strategist, and Facilitator. Known for her collaborative style, deep expertise, and authentic care, she helps individuals and teams move forward with clarity and confidence. Her tools include the 5 Voices, Optimizing Team Performance, and Navigating Conflict Without Casualties. Debbie creates space for meaningful, discussions, using relevant, practical content to develop people, strengthen teams, and build lasting community.

Ashley Napier has nearly twenty years of leadership experience, including roles as COO of two insurance agencies. She earned her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. Ashley employs collaborative coaching, transformative workshops to foster growth, interpersonal skills, and high-performing teams. Originally from OK/Kansas/Texas, she now lives in Oklahoma, enjoying travel, art, coffee, and time with loved ones.

Dr. Marian Redwine is an organizational performance coach and executive advisor with over 30 years of experience empowering leaders and teams. She specializes in culture design, organizational alignment, and communication training rooted in self-awareness—helping leaders recognize their strengths, blind spots, and impact on others. Loran Mayes

Mayor Loran Mayes, elected April 2023, has lived in Wilburton since 2019. She holds degrees in Parks and Recreation Management and Leadership and Communication. Previously Executive Director of the Armed Services YMCA of Oklahoma and a State Park Manager, Mayor Mayes oversees city operations, fiscal management, and public works. Active in civic life, she contributes through the Lion’s Club, Women of Wilburton, Leadership Latimer, and other community organizations.

Brian Hartsock serves as an Executive Advisor with Solomon Strategic Advisors, bringing over two decades of leadership experience. He has been Vice President at Commercial Brick Corporation since 2003 and previously served five years as Executive Pastor at Antioch Community Church in Norman, Oklahoma. Brian blends business acumen and pastoral leadership to guide organizations and leaders with wisdom, integrity, and a people-first approach, helping teams and communities flourish.
