Crystal is an Executive Advisor with Solomon, bringing over 29 years of experience in cybersecurity and information technology leadership. She previously served as a civilian with the United States Air Force in technical and leadership roles. Crystal is a certified 5 Voices Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, along with a Master’s in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and serves as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Baptist University and the University of Oklahoma. Crystal helps organizations and leaders navigate complex change, align strategy with operational excellence, and build the leadership capacity required to sustain transformation and growth.
