Her work equips leaders with practical tools to lead with confidence and competence. She holds a BA in English Language from the University of Suffolk and a Master of Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, where she is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership (expected Fall 2027). Sophie is a Certified MBTI® Practitioner, a GiANT Worldwide Guide, and holds a Zig Ziglar Certificate of Ethical Leadership, bringing experience across public service, learning and development, and human capital strategy.
